Introduction

I, Ryan Jarvis, trading as Ryan Jarvis Law®, am committed to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion within the firm and in all aspects of our work. Scope

This policy applies to all employees, consultants, contractors, clients, and third parties associated with Ryan Jarvis Law®. It covers all aspects of employment, recruitment, service delivery, and client interaction.

  • Reporting and Complaints: Staff and clients are encouraged to report any concerns regarding discrimination or harassment. A clear complaints procedure is in place to address such issues.

  • Support: Support will be provided to anyone who experiences discrimination, harassment, or victimisation. This includes offering counselling and making necessary adjustments.

Monitoring and Review

  • Data Collection: Data on the diversity of our workforce and clients will be collected and monitored to identify trends and areas for improvement. This data will be collected in accordance with data protection laws.

  • Regular Review: This policy will be reviewed annually or when there are significant changes in relevant legislation or guidance. Updates will be communicated to all staff, and additional training will be provided if necessary.

  • Continuous Improvement: We are committed to continuous improvement in our equality and diversity practices. Feedback from staff and clients will be used to enhance our policies and procedures.

All staff will receive training on this Equality and Diversity Policy, including:

Responsibilities

  • Leadership: The leadership team, including Ryan Jarvis, is responsible for ensuring the implementation and effectiveness of this policy.

  • All Staff: All staff members are responsible for upholding the principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion in their work and interactions.
